A SOLAH community group may be closed or terminated or removed from the community if it fails to meet the following standards:
1. Inactivity
- If a group has no meetings, projects, or member activity for 6 months, it will be closed.
2. Non-Alignment with SOLAH Values
- Groups that run projects or activities which do not fit within SOLAH’s focus areas.
- Groups that engage in actions contradicting SOLAH’s mission of sustainability, equity, and community benefit.
3. Exclusion or Harm
- Groups that exclude, discriminate, or exploit individuals or communities.
- Groups that create conflict, harm, or reputational risk to SOLAH or its members.
4. Misuse of Platform
- Groups that use SOLAH channels for business promotion, personal profit, or political campaigning.
- Groups that misrepresent themselves as official SOLAH spokespeople without approval.
5. Lack of Coordinators
- Each group must maintain up to 4 nominated coordinators.
- If no coordinators are active, the group will be closed.
